Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women, in collaboration with IIC and the Department of Biochemistry, is hosting a session on "Basics of Intellectual Property Rights and its Importance for Innovators and Entrepreneurs" on January 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The session will be led by Ms. Raseena Parveen M, Junior Scientist at RAISE Centre for Nanobiotechnology, AIC RAISE, Coimbatore.

The session will cover fundamental concepts of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), their significance for innovators and entrepreneurs, and how they contribute to protecting and commercializing innovations. Attendees will gain insights into patents, copyrights, trademarks, and their application in the business and research ecosystem.
