Dr. V. Nirmala has 17 years of Experience. Her research areas are Modern Literature and Sangam Literature. She has published 15 research papers in UGC Approved Journals and presented 54 research papers in National and International Conferences. She has published a book on General Tamil for Bharathiar University. She is a life-time member in Indian Academic Researchers Association and Academic & Research Conclave. She has participated in many Seminars and workshops. She is a recipient of many honorable awards such as ‘Kural Aaivu chemmal’ Award from world Thirukural Conference in 2022, ‘Bharathi Award’ and ‘Perasiriya Ma Mani’ Award. She has actively participated in 3 Refresher Courses and 2 Orientation Courses. She has completed 2 NPTEL Courses on ‘Soft Skill Development and Leadership and Team Effectiveness’.
