Dr. G. Geetha is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration Department. Her area of research is Human Resources Management. Her research focuses on Performance Management, Learning & Development, Emotional Intelligence, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She has published 12 research papers in various reputed International journals including Scopus indexed journal, UGC Care List and presented 53 papers in both National and International level conferences. She has published a book on Green HRM. She has participated in 82 Faculty Development Programs and Workshops conducted by various Institutions. She has completed CLIL Cambridge Assessment English Course and NPTEL courses. She is the convenor of Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Instituions Innovation Council.

Dr.S.Manju is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration Department. Her research area is Human Resource Management and Marketing. Her research interests include Employee Recruitment and Training, Performance management, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Advertising and E-Commerce. She has published 13 research papers in Journals  and presented 22 research papers in  National & International Conferences. She has published a book on Viral Marketing. She has participated in many Technical Seminars and workshops. She has participated in a Faculty Development Programme on “Global Business Foundation Skills” organized by Infosys. She is the co-ordinator of Women Empowerment Cell and a member of Institutions Innovation Council.

Dr. N.Kowsalya is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration. Her research area is Human Resource Management and Marketing. Her research interests include Performance Appraisal, Employee Recruitment and Training, Employee Retention, Advertising and sales promotion, E-Commerce, Leadership. She has published 17 research papers in Journals and presented 22 research papers in National and International Conferences. She has published a book on Green Human Resource Management. She has completed an Industry- Immersion in HR practices at Sri Ramakrishna Hospital. She is a member of Coimbatore Productivity Council and Coimbatore Management Association. She has participated in many Technical Seminars, Faculty Development Programmes and Workshops. She has participated in a Faculty Development Programme on “Global Business Foundation Skills” organized by Infosys.

Mrs.A.Bushthana Sherin is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. She completed her  MBA  and M.Phil from BSMED, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her area of interest is Marketing and Human Resource Management. She has participated and coordinated many events and International conference during her college days.

Dr.V.R. Jayavardhini is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration Department. Her research area is Human Resource Management. Her research is on faculty turn over and retention strategies in higher educational Institutions. Her interest areas are Human resource management, Inbound and Out bound Logistics in Marketing. She has published 7 research papers in reputed international journals. She has participated in several Faculty Development Programmes.
